The Why

While moving apartments, I struggled with German waste sorting—everyday items were easy, but disposing of old laptops and batteries was confusing. Researching online, I discovered many internationals faced the same challenge.

From Assumption to Insight

My experience inspired this app, but to avoid the False Consensus Effect, I conducted surveys. A questionnaire with three sections helped uncover user insights and their familiarity with Germany’s waste sorting system.
